Services and Fees

Lotus Pediatric Therapy is intentional about setting fees, keeping accessibility and varying socioeconomic circumstances in mind. When creating our services and fee model, we researched the prices of local companies providing similar services and examined various payment models. At this time, we do NOT accept insurance.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Private pay via Venmo, cash, or check
• *Ohio Autism Scholarship
• *Ohio Jon Peterson Scholarship
• *Other contracted alternative funding sources

*Please call us at 513-278-3528 for more details, and note that these methods are accepted for occupational therapy services only and not case management services. Case management services must be through private pay.*

We recognize that private pay rates are typically higher than co-pays when insurance is accepted. As we move forward and expand as a company, we will continue to prioritize offering high quality services at a reasonable price. 

We encourage you to ask us questions about payment setting processes and ways in which we plan on continuing to advocate for high quality services at a reasonable cost.
